Material from the show was performed on a West End stage for the first time. Actor Ruby Decent sung 'See-Through' as part of The Stephen Sondheim Society Student Performer of the Year 2026.

IN CLAY was invited to present at the Toho Songwriters' Showcase amongst twelve writing teams from Japan, Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Produced by IRIStage, IN CLAY had its Chinese-language premiere at Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre during summer 2025. Three actors share the role of Marie Cazin: Qianru Jiang, Meng Xu, and Zihan Xu.

At 15th annual Off-West End Awards, IN CLAY won 2 of the awards it was nominated for. Rebecca Simmonds and Jack Miles won for for CREATION, and Rosalind Ford won for PERFORMANCE.​

Selected from over five hundred submitted musicals by the festival committee over the last six months, IN CLAY performed as one of eight new musicals in front of an industry-only audience at New World Stages, New York. Broadway star Grace McLean starred as Marie Cazin.

Winner of 2 Off West End Awards, IN CLAY ran for a strictly limited season at Upstairs at the Gatehouse, where it earned 14 5 star reviews.

"Talent" was nominated for the Stiles & Drewe Best New Song Prize 2023, and was performed on the night by West End star Alex Young.

The trio of Danielle Steers (The Cher Show, SIX, Bat Out of Hell), Alex Young (Standing at the Sky’s Edge, Anyone Can Whistle, Follies) and Roshani Abbey (Hamilton, & Juliet, Rumi: The Musical) shared the role of Marie Cazin in this unique concert performance.

IN CLAY was nominated for the Stiles & Drewe MTI Mentorship Award 2023.

As part of VAULT Festival 2023, IN CLAY played for five performances at The Cage in a five-star sellout run.

The production was nominated for Show of the Week, and received an Offie Off-Fest nomination.

IN CLAY played two workshop performances at The Other Palace in the Studio, and New Wimbledon Theatre Studio.
